I recently worked with Everest Vacation to plan a solo trip across multiple countries, and it was an outstanding experience. Netra (the owner) and his team designed a customized itinerary around my schedule in September and October, covering everything I wanted to see.
They flawlessly coordinated flights, hotels, guides, and transportation for my journey through Chengdu (China); Lhasa, Shigatse, and Mt. Everest Base Camp (Tibet); Kathmandu (Nepal); and Thimphu and Paro (Bhutan)—including all necessary permits and travel arrangements.
I was able to cross several bucket-list experiences off my list, such as visiting the Potala Palace, seeing Mount Everest, and hiking up to Tiger’s Nest Monastery.
Throughout the trip, Netra regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The communication and attention to detail were exceptional.
While a tailor-made solo trip isn’t inexpensive, Everest Vacation’s pricing was more competitive than other operators I compared, and the quality of service was never compromised.
I definitely plan to return to Southeast Asia in the future—and I’ll be reaching out to Netra and his team again to organize my next adventure.
