Starting with a short drive from Kathmandu leading North East on the good road passing interesting villages and towns of Thimi and Bhaktapur. Then, heading for a climb to Sanga past Bhaktapur with green farmlands and spread out farm villages. After a few hour’s drive reach, the hill town of Dhulikhel famous for its mountain panorama.
From here, take the off-trail away from the motor road to reach holy Namobuddha. A serene environment surrounded by terraced hillsides and picturesque farmhouses. An interesting hike with great views passing several scattered farmhouses and villages.

One of the main sacred sites known as Nepal’s three Stupas is Tagmo Lüjin (meaning “The place where the future Buddha sacrificed his body to a tigress”). It is a holy site where the perfect and supreme Buddha-at that time still on the path of learning his own body without regret to a tigress suffering from hunger.
Here visit several monasteries and great stupas (Buddhist dome monument) and drive back to Kathmandu (optional overnight stop at Dhulikhel) after a great Namobuddha Hiking (day hike) in a complete natural holy Buddhist environment.

– To enter from China catch a flight or train to Lhasa (Tibet) and then drive/fly to Kathmandu.
All valid Passports are required with a proper visa for you to enter Nepal. Visa can be obtained from your countries through Nepal Embassy and Consulate, or one can get a permit on arrival at any port of entry at the border or Kathmandu international airport. Minimum visa of a week and a maximum of 1 month can be obtained from here. If you urge to elongate the stay, your visa extension can be done for an extra cost per day or week basis.
