Dhampus to Australian Camp trek starts with a scenic hour’s drive from Pokhara to Kande. Then trek from Kande to reach Australian Camp. Witness the mesmerizing scenery of mountain ranges through the Camp to join the trek toward Dhampus. A Gurung village Dhampus is also famous for its cultural experience, amazing hospitality, and stunning mountain views. After exploring the Dhampus, descend to Phedi and the trek ends.

Day by Day Activities

An early drive to Kande village will take about an hour. Then we start our hike up along the rocky trail for a couple of hours to reach Australian Camp. The camp offers some spectacular views of the Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung Himal, and many others. Overnight at Lodge.

Trek starts from Australian Camp with a gentle downhill through the rhododendron and oak forest and makes your way to Dhampus. After a brief rest in Dhampus continue the downhill through the stone staircase. This stone staircase was laid by the village development committee for the inflow and outflow of goods. After arriving at the Phedi, we drive back to Pokhara from Phedi for about 45 min. Overnight at lodge.
